The hotel has only 1 small window offering a limited city view from the rooms, and the air conditioning could be improved, but the service is exceptional and very accommodating. The location is somewhat distant from the city center but sits between Dammam and Khobar, which is convenient for travelers. The dining options were a mix of excellent and disappointing choices, and the facilities need some enhancements.

I found this hotel to be a mixed bag. The staff were amazing and super friendly, but the service felt unprofessional at times. The location was decent though not ideal for tourists, and the dining options were overpriced for what was offered. On the bright side, the rooms were equipped with a kitchen, but lacking some essential cookware.
